1. ORDERING 

Blinds made to measure to be fitted by us.

Where goods are to order a 30% deposit will be taken with the initial order and the 70% balance taken prior to delivery.

1.1 We are pleased to accept orders via a secure server.  All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card authorised payment in the name of the registered cardholder and delivery to the cardholders address 

1.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. When you place an order with us by pressing the “Place Order” button on the purchasing page you are making an offer to purchase product(s) from us. THE CUSTOMER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE GOODS SOLD ACCORD WITH THE CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENTS AND ARE FIT FOR THE CUSTOMER'S PURPOSE AND THAT THE DIMENSIONS OF THE GOODS ARE SUITABLE.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us and we will refund you the full amount you paid for the item. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs.

This guarantee does not include made to measure items.

Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date and items must be unused and in their original packaging.

When we have received your returned items and checked them a refund will be authorised to you.

Carriage

Olivia Blinds will offer free Carriage on orders exceeding £100.This is restricted to the U.K mainland .For 

 quotation of carriage outside of this area please email us for information.

Made to measure goods cannot be exchanged or returned due to error in measurement,It is advisable to get help measuring
