Delivery & Returns
We provide Free standard delivery on orders to UK. All our blinds are dispatched within 5 working days,except for Roman Blind and Curtain sets which currently have a lead time of around ten days.Lead times on Curtains,can be longer during the summer months.
If you require any special delivery arrangements such as international or recorded or special delivery, please contact us to arrange prior to your order being placed.
We accept returns within 14 days from date of delivery. All returns must be received in the same condition and packaging we sent them. Postage charges will not be refunded on unwanted items. (Made to measure goods are not inclusive to these terms & conditions,please insure you measure correctly.)
To be eligible for a refund the goods must be unopened or unused and in a resalable condition. If returns arrive in poor or unsalable condition the refund will not be available. You are solely responsible for ensuring the goods are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason. If an item arrives faulty or damaged we will advise the customer how to return the item with all return costs covered by us if the item / items were found to be faulty. Replacements & refunds will be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items only.
Orders for Delivery Outside the United Kingdom - The products specified on this website are suitable and approved for use for customers within the United Kingdom. Customers who choose to purchase items for usage and distribution to locations outside the United Kingdom do so at their own risk and have a personal responsibility regarding compliance with local laws. For buyers outside of the European Union, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
